In the United States, we are witnessing yet another cult in action. Trumpism is a cult, and people that support trump are cultists. Trumpism has all the hallmarks of other cults like Scientology, Jehovah witnesses, etc. The difference with Trumpism is that it’s operating out in the open for all to see.
What Is A Cult?
In modern English, a cult is a social group that is defined by its unusual religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs, or by its common interest in a particular personality, object, or goal.
Here are some of the hallmarks of the cult that is Trump.
- They practice deception (by deliberately withholding or distorting information and/or lying).
- They minimize or discourage access to non-cult sources of information (Anything that isn’t in the approved list of sources like Fox News, Breitbart, OANN, etc).
- They make extensive use of cult generated information and propaganda (Social Media, Fox News).
- They use loaded language and clichés, constricting knowledge, stopping critical thoughts, and reducing complexities into platitudinous buzz words.
- They instill fear, such as fear of the outside world, enemies, leaving, or being shunned by the group.
- And many more…
Yes, Trump Republicans, MAGA Hats, QAnon, Anti Globalists, and all the other brainwashed masses are in a cult. If you’re a Trump supporter, it’s time to wake up to the reality. We are waiting for you to break the spell; we are ready to forgive you for losing your way. 🤡

Citizens in the United States are funding cults. Scientology is clearly a cult; watch the Netflix series Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath. You will hear from people who escaped Scientology and Jehovah’s Witnesses that clearly illustrate the madness. Scientologists and other “religions” do not pay taxes to enrich themselves and use their money to convert more people. It’s a travesty that we allow this type of activity to continue, let alone fund cult activity.

- Elect people that will remove tax breaks for churches
- Elect people that will make cult activities illegal
- Run for office and make cult activities illegal
Humans continue to evolve in cycles. Social cycle theory lays out the fact that humans go through cycles. Literature and cinema back up the reality that once was old is new again.
If we want to break the cycle and reach a Star Trek-like future we’ll need to make some changes. We have this innovative thing called the rule of law. We need to make use of this innovation and eliminate the propagation of lying, self-serving, and supremely dangerous behavior.
