United We Stand, Divided We Fall is a catchphrase that most U.S. citizens are familiar with. It is a call to collectivism and winning as a team. It was used as propaganda during World War II when Americans were fighting the Nazis. It is propaganda that was created to save lives and to instill a sense of duty in citizens. Not all propaganda is bad propaganda, though Hitler sure ruined its reputation.
This is my testimony about January 6th, 2021, directed primarily at all Americans and anyone who loves the United States despite all its shortcomings.
Insurrection
I believed we would witness a insurrection in our lifetime. I’m not surprised this happened, but it is no less shocking.
January 6th, 2021, will forever be a day of infamy in the United States. We are changed forever, and my heart weeps for The United States of America.
Deluded conspiracy theorists and others have been poisoned by divisive speech for four years. The United States faces numerous challenges already, and these insurrectionists have exasperated the unrest in profound ways.
We have a president who has inflamed many citizens who believe the election was stolen with no legal evidence. It is a genuine possibility that his words, along with the worlds of his loyalists, caused the insurrection to happen.
We have former heroes that have become and conspire with conspiracy theorists. Rudy Giuliani shook hands with a Q-Anon conspiracy theorist that stormed the Capitol Building.
We have Rudy Giuliani calling for a trial by combat before the U.S. Capitol was breached and defiled by Trump supporters.
We will likely see another attempt to attack Capitol Hill though I trust our law enforcement officers will handle the situation.
Insurrection is deadly serious, and five people are already dead.
It didn’t have to be this way.
Moving On?
I’m not moving on from this and will not treat the attack on Capitol Hill as another story in the endless news cycle.
No, I will continue to speak out about fascism when I see it.
I will continue to…
- Explain how to be a good citizen.
- Fight for equal rights and call people out that accept double standards.
- Provide my views about…
- The Republican Party.
- Why I am not a Republican or a Democrat.
- Why we need to change the system.
- How we can change the system and why it’s possible to change the system.
- How we can certify reality.
- … and fight against lies and corruption.
It’s time to hold everyone accountable for their actions and lies.
Leadership Is Stepping Up
Most of our people have a knack for leadership. We want to do the right thing, and we see the value of a shared vision. We understand that working together is not a form of communism but rather a necessary way to contribute to a world full of profound meaning and happiness.
Part of leadership is telling your story and helping people understand that they are not alone. We are not alone, and most people don’t want to see us fail but rather prosper. Most of us want to help make the world a better place.
It’s time to step up. It’s time to tell your story and become part of the conversation. We are not powerless; we are not islands isolated from the rest of the world; we are Team America and not Team America from the movie. We are team America from The Olympics, the one that loves and fights for freedom, the one that will never give up.
We are the America that looks to facts, science, and reason to solve our problems then happily share those solutions with the world.
Save The Republic
I am working with old and new friends to save the republic because I love the United States. It is not just worth fighting for; it is worth dying for, many people have died for it, and many more will die for it because it is that important.
The blood of our forefathers is soaked in the land we share. Many people have fought to keep The American Dream alive and not just Americans. Let’s not let the blood, sweat, and tears lost by our countrymen and countrywomen be for naught. We have a duty to save ourselves and continue to shine as a beacon of hope for all the world to see.
I have every confidence that we can once again be the free world leader that other countries look to in times of need. We can continue to help people the world over and not fall prey to nationalists that believe Americans are being taken advantage of.
I hope you write your own testimony about this unprecedented attack on the United States of America, even if you don’t live here. We need everyone that loves the United States to stand up and share their voice. It is time for us to ask what we can do for our country.
I will leave you with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s beautiful testimony.
We are all Americans; let’s start acting like it.
